- Packaging: retail blister, polybag with your SKU barcode, or bulk cartons for assembly lines.
- Material: copper vs. tinned copper, brass vs. zinc alloy, PC / PPO / nylon housings.
How it works
- Inquiry. Send product type, quantity and target market through the RFQ form.
- Spec confirmation. Share a drawing, sample photo or the parameters you expect. We confirm materials, tolerances and packaging before anything is made.
- Sample. Typical sample lead time is about 7 days. You approve the sample before bulk production starts.
- Production & delivery. Bulk orders run about 35 days after confirmation and payment. We arrange sea, air or courier shipment and quote freight together with the product price.
What to prepare
Any one of these is enough to start: a technical drawing, a photo of the part you buy today, or a spec list (voltage, current, cable gauge, connector family). If you are matching an existing system, tell us the brand and model it must mate with.
