Publisher and business boundary
SINAWATTS is the website brand of NINGBO YINZHOU JOIN INDUSTRY CO., LTD., located at 11th Floor, Dongcheng GuoMao, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. The company coordinates B2B sourcing and OEM/ODM projects for low-voltage electrical components through external production partners. It does not present the business as a single self-owned factory.
The knowledge center explains procurement methods, specification questions and evidence requests. A guide is not a quotation, product approval, engineering design, laboratory report, certificate or authorization for a particular installation.
Source hierarchy
For guides published or materially updated under the current workflow, technical statements are checked against the source closest to the claim. The preferred order is:
- Current primary authority. Official material from a standards publisher, regulator, certification or testing organization, research institution, or other body responsible for the requirement or record.
- Current manufacturer evidence. The named manufacturer’s datasheet, manual, drawing, installation instruction, application note, product page or document library for the exact example being discussed.
- Project-specific records. Supplier drawings, bills of material, samples, inspection criteria, reports and certificates tied to the quoted model and revision. These records must be reviewed for the individual project and are not established by a public article.
- Explanatory context. Secondary material may help explain terminology or a method, but it does not replace the responsible authority or exact-product evidence for a mandatory claim.
Key source links are placed near the statements they support. Source availability and relevant dates are checked for a new guide on its stated review date. A linked source supports only the point attributed to it; it does not endorse SINAWATTS or prove that a quoted product meets the same conditions.
Claim boundaries
Published guides must not infer a certification, rating, material, construction, manufacturing location, test capability, inventory position, price, MOQ, lead time or customer result from a similar product, a family name, a logo, a photograph or a general source. Those details require confirmation for the exact model, configuration, destination market and project.
Numerical examples are identified as examples and state their assumptions. Manufacturer-specific values remain attached to the named product and source. Standards and regulations are described within the public scope available to the guide; the responsible designer, authority, manufacturer and buyer documents govern the actual application.
Catalog and product-category pages help buyers identify a starting category. They are not proof that every shown option is available or suitable for a particular requirement.
Checks before publication
Each new buyer guide is reviewed independently against a ten-part checklist covering topic focus, factual quality, search intent, useful terminology, AI-readable structure, SEO and structured data, inquiry context, durability, primary-source support and reading experience. The current publication threshold is at least 90 out of 100, with separate minimums for factual quality, technical SEO, source quality and usability.
Before publication, the workflow checks that:
- the topic and target URL do not duplicate an existing guide;
- material claims and important numerical statements have a current, relevant source and a clear boundary;
- the page has one H1, matching title, description, slug, canonical URL and required structured data;
- headings, short paragraphs, lists, tables, direct answers and buyer FAQs make the decision path easy to scan;
- internal links resolve, external evidence links are checked and the RFQ link works as a link;
- the generated page, knowledge-center entry and sitemap entry match the approved article; and
- desktop and mobile layouts are checked before the verified candidate is released.
A guide that does not meet the factual or publication threshold remains unpublished until the issue is resolved. Quantity targets do not lower the evidence threshold.
Automation transparency
Software and AI-assisted tools may support topic organization, drafting, source review, checklist scoring, HTML generation, structured-data generation, link checking, layout review and deployment. The workflow keeps the article, review record and generated page connected so a failed check can stop publication.
Automation is not evidence for a technical or commercial claim. It may not create facts about SINAWATTS, a production partner, a product or a customer. Source limitations, unresolved details and project-specific confirmation requirements must remain visible in the published text.
Review dates, updates and corrections
Guides published under the current workflow display a last-reviewed date. A guide may be updated when a cited page moves, a current official source changes, a factual error is found or clearer evidence becomes available. An updated link does not broaden the source beyond its actual scope.
To report a factual error, broken source or unclear claim, email info@sinawatts.com with the page URL, the passage in question and, when possible, the current primary source. Correction requests are checked against the same evidence boundaries used for publication.
