Why MOQ matters
MOQ affects inventory risk, freight efficiency and the amount of customization a production run can support. A low unit price is not useful if the first order is larger than the market can absorb.
What changes the MOQ
Standard components may use existing material and tooling, while a new alloy, plating, color, logo, package or mold can create a higher production threshold. Stock position and partner-factory scheduling also change over time, so MOQ should be confirmed for the exact specification and quotation date.
What to prepare
Send a photo or drawing, battery-post type, cable or stud size, material and plating requirement, target quantity, packaging and destination market. Ask for separate price tiers and identify which changes would increase MOQ.
